Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 3 (three) business hours’ notice if you need to cancel an appointment unless it was scheduled for the same day.

Same-day appointments cannot be canceled. If you are calling after hours, please DO NOT LEAVE A VOICEMAIL.

To cancel a service call, you must speak with a live agent who will give you a cancellation code over the phone.

Failure to follow our cancellation policy will result in a reduced service call fee of 20,000 FCFA + tax. Payment must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.
