Terms & Condition

REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellation within 10 Days: If you cancel within 10 days and no service has been completed, we will refund your payments. If the service was used, we will reimburse payments minus the cost of the service rendered.
  • Ineligible Equipment: If our technician deems your equipment ineligible and no prior service was completed, we will refund your payments minus the cost of the service rendered.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

We may modify the terms and conditions, including the price, by providing notice at least 30 days and no more than 90 days before your Anniversary Date. Changes will take effect on the Anniversary Date.

DIAGNOSIS, LIABILITY, AND WARRANTY

  • Diagnosis: We will diagnose and repair equipment according to the plan terms as long as the appliance is:
    • Within the permanent foundation of your residence.
    • Properly installed and in working order on the Coverage Date.
    • Accessible for diagnosis and repair by an authorized technician.
    • In a safe and sanitary environment for our technicians.
  • Liability: We strive to diagnose and repair issues on the first visit but are not liable for losses or damages from misdiagnosis or repair delays. Our liability is limited to correcting the problem and, if necessary, providing a replacement part.
  • Warranty: We make no warranties beyond those given by statute, except as provided below.

EXCLUSIONS

Your plan does not cover equipment used for commercial or non-residential purposes or costs resulting from:

  • Design faults or pre-existing faults.
  • Abuse, tampering, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Accidental or deliberate damage, theft, or natural disasters.
  • Improper sizing, application, or lack of maintenance.
  • Repairs are needed due to external factors like power issues or structural repairs.
  • Appliances are not readily accessible to technicians (e.g., in crawl spaces or attics).

Coupons for repair and installation services are not applicable under this plan. The 20% discount applies only to repair services, not installation services.
